Why Balancing your
life?

Movement is based on
you body’s ability to contract and relax
opposing muscle groups. In essence, the
greater your ability to extend (stretch)
the relaxed muscle the greater your
ability to get the most powerful and
efficient contraction for movement
possible. The infinity sign is the best
example of how your body’s muscles work
hand in hand with each other. We want to
create that same balance in your muscles
as in the infinity sign. Infinity is
defined as a mathematical concept that
refers to a quantity that has no end,
which brings me to my mission (to create
individual programs to balance ones’
body to reach their optimal fitness
goals for a lifetime). |

My Mission: Optimal fitness consists
of multiple components including:
STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, CARDIOVASCULAR
HEALTH, STABILITY, AND FLEXIBILITY.

Due to your particular lifestyle
certain components of optimal fitness
are overworked, while the other areas
are neglected. This leaves your body
unbalanced, causing discomfort and even
injuries to occur. It’s my mission to
enrich your life through a combination
of proactive wellness exercises and
treatments to keep your body in shape
and balanced |
