Saul PassmanThrough years of personal training, Saul has discovered that between your lifestyle and specific fitness goals your body becomes out of balance due to repetitive movements. In a world where our healthcare is in limbo people need to start being more proactive in their exercises, which is why he developed 360 Fitness. With a Bachelors of Science Degree concentrating in Exercise Science from the Kinesiology department of Indiana University, Certifications in: Personal Training from the National Academy of Sport Medicine, Nutrition and Fitness/Exercise Therapy from the International Sport Science Association, and Ki-Hara Stretch Therapy from Innovation Body Solutions Saul has an extensive background in overall fitness wellness.
