Strength
and Stability Programs
(Available in 30 minute and 60
minute sessions)
Based on your evaluation an integrated
stability and strength training program
will be created consisting of:
- Balance training:
Strengthening key stabilizing muscles
using foam pads and rollers, Bosu and
stability balls
- Core Training:
Strengthening individual core muscles
through specific balance and resistance
exercises.
- Full Body Training:
Most efficient lean muscle building and
calorie burning exercises through kettle
bell, ropes, TRX, and free weight.

Stretch and Flexibility Programs
(Available in 30 minute and 60
minute sessions)
Based on your evaluation an integrated
flexibility program will be created
consisting of:
- Corrective Flexibility:
Improves muscle imbalances, postural
distortions, and muscle communication
through self-myofascial release, static,
neuromuscular, and neurodynamic
stretching.
- Active Flexibility:
A more aggressive approach in
improving soft tissue elasticity and
communication through active isolated
stretching, neuromuscular stretching,
and self-myofascial release in
combination with antagonist
contractions.
- Functional Flexibility:
Movement oriented stretching to improve
the soft tissue extensibility while
improving your muscles control of speed,
direction, and balance through dynamic
stretching.
